Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties

Buyer The individual or legal entity whose name, address and contact details are given in the billing section when ordering.
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital service (time-limited access to keyword rank tracking software) ordered electronically by the Buyer at tepeye.com, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Main features and price of the service
The name, scope (number of sites, total keywords and search depth), period (monthly or yearly) and total price including VAT of the purchased plan are as shown in the order summary and on the payment page. This information forms an integral part of the agreement.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment system, or by bank transfer to the account shown by the Seller on the order screen. Card details are not seen or stored by the Seller. For card payments, instalment or interest terms applied by your bank are not the Seller's responsibility.
5. Performance of the service
The service is digital; there is no physical delivery.
- For card payments, the service is activated in the Buyer's account immediately after the payment is approved.
- For bank transfers, the service is activated once the payment reaches the Seller's account and is approved.
- The service period lasts for the purchased period from activation and does not renew automatically.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
By confirming the order, the Buyer requests that performance of the service begins immediately upon payment approval and acknowledges that there is therefore no right of withdrawal. For orders paid by bank transfer but not yet activated, the Buyer may cancel the order before payment is approved and request a refund.
7. Obligations of the parties
The Seller is obliged to provide the service with the features and for the period stated in the order summary. - The Buyer confirms that the information given when ordering is accurate and agrees to use the service in line with the Terms of Service. - If providing the service becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer and refunds the unused part of the price within 14 days.
8. Invoice
The invoice for the service is issued electronically with the details given by the Buyer when ordering and sent to the registered email address.
9. Pre-contract information
The Buyer acknowledges having been informed, before the contract was concluded, of the Seller's name and contact details, the main features of the service, the total price including taxes, the payment and performance terms and the absence of a right of withdrawal, and having confirmed this information electronically.
10. Complaints and disputes
You can send complaints to destek@tepeye.com or 0538 035 40 00. For disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade; Consumer Courts have jurisdiction above these limits.
11. Entry into force
This agreement is concluded electronically and enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order. A copy is sent by email at the Buyer's request.
