Personal Data Notice (KVKK)
This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, to inform people who use the Tepeye service.

Personal data processed, purposes and legal grounds
Card details are not processed by us; they are processed by the payment institution PayTR.
Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through membership and payment forms, actions you take in the panel, Google APIs if you connect your Google account, and technical logs created automatically while using the site.
Recipients and purposes of transfer
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above and only as necessary, to:
- Payment institution (PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş.): taking card payments.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: storing data and serving the site.
- Accountant and e-invoice / e-archive service providers: invoicing and legal records.
- Competent public institutions: fulfilling legal obligations, upon request.
Transfers abroad
Because of the content delivery network used to serve the site securely and quickly (Cloudflare, Inc.) and the Google Search Console / Google Analytics connection (Google LLC), connection data such as your IP address and, if you connect it, your Google account information may be transferred to servers abroad. These transfers are made within the safeguards set out in Article 9 of KVKK.
Retention period
Your personal data is kept as long as the processing purpose requires. Account data is kept during membership, invoice and accounting records for 10 years under Tax Procedure Law No. 213 and Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, and security logs for the period set by the relevant legislation. When the period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data is processed, Request information if it has been processed, Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose, Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred, Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK, Request that the actions in items 5 and 6 be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems, Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can submit your requests, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

- From the email address registered in our system to destek@tepeye.com.
Your application must include your name, national ID number (nationality and passport number for foreigners), a notification address or email, and the subject of your request. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
