Privacy Policy
Tepeye ("we") operates the keyword rank tracking service offered at tepeye.com and in our mobile apps. This policy summarises what information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it and what your rights are. Detailed information under Turkish data protection law is in the Personal Data Notice (KVKK).

Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address and password. Your password is stored as an irreversible hash; nobody, including us, can see it. - Contact information: a phone number, if you choose to provide one. - Billing information: the name or company name, address, city, tax office and tax or national ID number you enter when purchasing. - Service data: the projects you add (domain, province), your keywords and the results of rank checks. - Payment records: order number, amount, payment method and status. Card details are processed on the secure page of the payment institution PayTR; they never reach us and we do not store them. - Google Search Console data: only if you connect your account, the search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position of the site you select. - Google Analytics data: only if you connect it, aggregate visitor statistics of the GA4 property you select (sessions, users, sources, landing pages, time on site, conversions, active users and city). This data does not identify individual visitors and is not stored in our database; it is only cached briefly to display it. - Technical logs: IP address, session information and server logs kept for security.
How we use information
To create your account, keep you signed in and provide the service. - To measure and report the Google ranking of your keywords when you run a check. - To take and invoice your orders and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. - To answer support requests and keep the service secure and running.
We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell or rent it. The site shows no ads; Google Analytics is used for visit statistics only if you consent.
Google user data
When you connect your Google account we only request read-only permissions: Search Console (webmasters.readonly) and Google Analytics (analytics.readonly). Data obtained with these permissions is used only to show you the search and visitor performance of your own site. No settings in your account can be changed.
- Google data is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose, and is not sold or transferred to third parties.
- None of our staff reads this data except for security review, legal obligation or at your explicit request.
- You can remove the Google connection at any time from Account settings. When removed, the access grant is revoked at Google and deleted by us.
Tepeye's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who we share information with
We share only what is necessary to provide the service, with the following providers:
- PayTR: card payments.
- Serper: rank measurement. Only the keyword, country, language and province are sent; never your name or email.
- Google: Search Console and Analytics connection (only if you connect them).
- Cloudflare: fast and secure delivery of the site (connection data such as IP address).
- Hosting provider: the servers where data is stored.
Otherwise your information is shared with competent public authorities only when legally required.
Retention
Account and service data is kept while your account is open. Detailed search result lists are deleted after 30 days; your ranking history is kept. When you ask us to delete your account, your data is deleted or anonymised. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by tax law (10 years).
Security
All connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed; Google access grants and service keys are stored encrypted. Access to data is limited to authorised people.
Your rights
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 you have rights such as accessing your data and asking for it to be corrected or deleted. How to apply is described in the Personal Data Notice. To delete your account and data, simply write to destek@tepeye.com from your registered email address.
Children
The service is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group.
Changes
We may update this policy. We announce significant changes on the site; the current version is always on this page.
