Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the service provided by RAMAZAN SAVAŞ (RS MEDYA) ("Tepeye", "we") at tepeye.com and in our mobile apps. By creating an account you accept these terms.
The service
Tepeye is software that measures and reports the position of websites in Google search results. Users add projects and keywords; when they click Check, current rankings are measured on Google. Optionally, Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts can be connected to see clicks, impressions and visitor data.
Account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information to create an account. - You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use. - An account is for a single person or organisation; you may not transfer or rent your account.
Plans and usage rights
The number of sites, total keywords and search depth for each plan are shown on the pricing page. - The free trial is offered for the period and with the limits shown on the pricing page. If you do not buy a paid plan when it ends, measurements stop; your data is not deleted. - Measurements are not automatic; they run when you click Check. Each keyword is measured once per day; checking again the same day shows that day's result.
Fees and payment
Web payments are taken by credit card (PayTR secure payment) or bank transfer. Prices include VAT. - Web payments do not renew automatically; your plan simply ends at the end of the period and you can buy again to continue. - Subscriptions bought in the mobile app are managed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. - Your rights regarding purchases are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Nature of the measurements
Google results vary by location, device, time and personalisation. Tepeye shows the result of a non-personalised search for the selected country and province, so the position you see in your own browser may differ. Data is for information only; no particular ranking, traffic or revenue is guaranteed.
Acceptable use
When using the service you agree not to:
- Use it for unlawful purposes,
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the service or overload it,
- Copy the service with automated tools, reverse engineer it or resell the data without permission,
- Connect someone else's Google account without permission.
If these rules are breached we may suspend or close your account.
Intellectual property
The software, design, logo and content belong to RAMAZAN SAVAŞ (RS MEDYA). You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service under these terms. Your projects, keywords and reports belong to you; you can export them as CSV at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to provide the service without interruption, but there may be temporary outages due to maintenance, issues at infrastructure providers or changes at Google. We may improve or change features. We will give advance notice of significant changes that negatively affect your paid plan.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data, or problems caused by third-party services (Google, the payment institution, infrastructure providers). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. This limitation does not remove your rights under consumer law.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time by writing to destek@tepeye.com. We may close your account if these terms are breached. When an account is closed, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For transactions as a consumer, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction; for other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices at the data controller's place of business.
